AWER Reviews is a web platform to capture client reviews of different brands. It has integrations with external platforms to show their reviews, it has a management platform for companies subscribed to the service with management dashboards to view the NPS (Net Promoter Score) of each of the branches of a company. It allows you to customize the profile and send invitations to leave reviews to your clients through mailing. Use a unique QR code to capture the reviews at the points of sale.

What did they need help with?

AWER Reviews is made up of a group of entrepreneurs with the dream of having a SaaS. They needed to enter market with a review platform to manage the relationship of companies with the opinion of their customers. The objective of the platform is to create a community of 'Awiewers' who together leave opinions to improve shopping experiences. The software had to be ready in 6 months to go into production, with the ability to capture reviews both in face-to-face points of sale (via unique QR code) and online.

Process

Requirements

We carried out an analysis of the needs of our clients, focusing on their interests and providing our knowledge to advise AWER founders to achieve the best possible product.

Development

We defined a clear roadmap with deliverables for the client so that they validated and had full visibility of the process. We prioritized the different integrations so that everything was ready for launch.

Testing

We had an internal testing and QA stage and then we did an intensive UAT with the client to test each of the platform's functionalities and iterate the corrections.

4.

Release

We launched the first week of April meeting deadlines and customer expectations. The platform was able to capture its first reviews on launch day.
